G.S.R. 648(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011 (11 of 2011) and in supersession of the earlier notification No. G.S.R.667 (E) dated 11th August, 2010 and S.O. 1970 (E) dated 11th August, 2010 except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the coinage of One Hundred Rupees and Five Rupees cOins to commemorate the occasion of "150 Years of Kuka Movement" Rules, 2012. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. The coins of the following denominations shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of "150 Years of Kuka Movement", namely: -(a) One Hundred Rupees;
(b) Five Rupees.
3. The coins of the denominations referred to in rule 3, shall conform to the following dimensions, designs and composition, namely: -
