G.S.R. 350(E)/ Ess.Com/ Sugar. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3C) of Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955),the Central Government hereby makes the following Order, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement. - (a) This Order may be called the Sugar (Price Determination for 2009-2010 Production) Amendment (II) Order, 2011.

(b) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Sugar (Price Determination for 2009-2010 Production) Order, 2010 read with Sugar (Price Determination for 2009-2010 Production) Order, 2011 -

(a) in Schedule III

Maharashtra(Central)

(i) against serial No. 6 relating to Vithal Sahakar Sakhar Karkhana Ltd., Gursale, Taluk Pandharpur, Distt. Sholapur shall be substituted by Shri Vithal Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd., Venunagar, Gursale, Taluk Pandharpur, Distt. Sholapur.

(ii) against serial No. 11 relating to Adinath Sahakar Sakhar Kharkhana Ltd., Lave Bhalwani, Teh. Karmala, Distt. Sholapur shall be substituted by Shri Adinath Sahakari Sakhar Kharkhana Ltd., Lave Bhalwani, Teh. Karmala, Distt. Sholapur.

(iii) Entries at Sl. No. 61 shall stand deleted.

Maharashtra (South)

(iv) against serial No. 2 relating to Shri Chhatrapati Sahakar Sakhar Kharkhana Ltd., Kasaba Bhavada, Distt. Kolhapur shall be substituted by Shri Chhatrapati Rajaram Sahakari Sakhar Kharkhana Ltd., Kasaba Bhavada, Distt. Kolhapur.

(v) against serial No. 8 relating to Shri Datta Sahakar Sakhar Kharkhana Ltd., Shirol, Distt. Kolhapur shall be substituted by Shri Datta Shetkari Sahakari Sakhar Kharkhana Ltd., Shirol, Distt. Kolhapur.

(vi) against serial No. 11 relating to Chhatrapatti Shahu Sahakar Kharkhana Ltd., Kagal, Distt. Kolhapur shall be substituted by Shri Chhatrapati Shahu Sahakari Kharkhana Ltd., Kagal, Distt. Kolhapur.

Maharashtra (North)

(vii) after serial number 93, the name of the following sugar mill shall be inserted :-

94. M/s. Bhairavnath Sugar Works Ltd., Post: Sonari, Taluk: Paranda, District: Osmanahad.

Tamilnadu and Pondicherry

(viii) against serial No. 41 relating to New Horizon Sugar Mills Pvt. Ltd., Sagrur (Aniyur), P.O. Kandamanglam, Distt. Pondicherry shall be substituted by EID Parry (India) Ltd., Unit-Ariyur, P.O. Kandamanglam, Distt. Pondicherry.

(b) In the note inserted below Sugar (Price Determination for 2009-2010 Production) Order, 2011, the words 'Notification No. G.S.R. 527(E)/ Ess.Com./ Sugar dated 25th June, 2010' may be read as 'Notification No. G.S.R. 527(E)/ Ess.Com./ Sugar, dated 21st June, 2010'.
