G.S.R. 401(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011 (11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement. - (1)These rules may be called the Coinage of issue of Two Hundred and Ten Rupees Coins to commemorate the occasion of 2nd Birth Centenary of Sri Satguru Ram Singh Ji Rules, 2019. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coins. - The coins of the following denominations shall also be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of "2nd Birth Centenary of Sri Satguru Ram Singh Ji", namely: -(i) Two Hundred Rupees;
(ii) Ten Rupees.
3. Dimension and composition of coins. - The coins of the denominations mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: -

(i) Two Hundred Rupees
Obverse. - This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the center with the legend ^^lR;eso t;rs** inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word ^^Hkkjr** in Devanagari script and on the right periphery with the word "INDIA" in English, and it shall also bear the Rupee symbol " L " and denominational value "200" in the international numeral below the Lion Capitol.
Reverse. - This face of the coin shall bear the portrait of "Sri Satguru Ram Singh Ji" in the center with the inscription ^^Jh lrxq: jke flag th dh f}rh; tUe 'krkCnh** in Devanagari script on upper periphery and "2nd Birth Centenary of Sri Satguru Ram Singh Ji" in English shall be written on the lower periphery of the coin. The year "1816-2016" shall be written in international numeral at the bottom of the portrait.
(ii) Ten Rupees
Obverse. - This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the center with the legend ^^lR;eso t;rs** inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word ^^Hkkjr** in Devanagri script and on the right periphery with the word "INDIA" in English, and it shall also bear the Rupee symbol " L " and denominational value "10" in the international numeral below the Lion Capitol.
Reverse. - This face of the coin shall bear the portrait of "Sri Satguru Ram Singh Ji" in the center with the inscription ^^Jh lrxq: jke flag th dh f}rh; tUe 'krkCnh** in Devanagari script and "2nd Birth Centenary of Sri Satguru Ram Singh Ji" in English shall be written on the lower periphery of the coin. The year "1816-2016" shall be written in international numeral at bottom of the portrait.
