The Bihar Famine Relief Fund (Expenditure) Act, 1937

An Act to provide that expenditure required to be incurred on maintaining the capital of the Bihar Famine Relief Fund shall be charged on the Revenues of the province of Bihar.
Whereas it is expedient to provide that expenditure required to be incurred in any year on maintaining the capital of the Bihar Famine Relief Fund shall be charged on the Revenues of the province;
It is hereby enacted as follows:-
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Famine Relief Fund (Expenditure) Act, 1937.
(2) It shall come into force on such [date] as the Governor may, by notification in the Bihar Gazette, appoint.
2. Expenditure incurred under sub-section (2) of Section 7 of the Bihar Famine Relief Fund Act 1936, to be charged on the Revenues of the State. - Any expenditure required to be incurred in any financial year under sub-section (2) of Section 7 of the Bihar Famine Relief Fund Act, 1936 shall be charged on the Revenues of the [State] of Bihar.
