(i) A candidate who desires to have revaluation of his paper or papers shall be required to apply for revaluation of his paper or papers within four weeks from the date of declaration of results of the examination and that the revaluation shall include verification of marks.
(ii) The candidate shall submit an application to the Registrar, Court of Examiners for revaluation of his answer-books alongwith a fee of Rs. 50 per paper and the revaluation shall include verification of marks ;
Provided that, in case of students coming from the economically backward classes i.e., those whose parental income does not exceed Rs. 500 per annum and those belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes Denotified Tribes or Nomadic Tribes, the fee shall be Rs. 25 per paper if they submit a certificate to that effect from the principals of their respective colleges.(iii) The candidate applying for revaluation shall given an undertaking in writing to the effect that the results of the revaluation of his answer-books shall be binding on him and that he shall accept the revised marks assigned to his paper or papers on such revaluation.
4. By-law No. 23 contained in the By-laws published under Government Notification, Urban Development and Public Health Department, No. BHP. 1068/91317/MED-1, dated the 3rd December, 1975, shall be deleted.
