(a) The President and the Vice-president of India.
(b) The Prime Minister, Cabinet Ministers, Ministers of State and Deputy Minister of the Government of India.
(c) Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Lok Sabha and the Deputy Chairman of the Rajya Sabha.
(d) Chairman and members of the Planning Commission and the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
(e) Governors, Chief Ministers, Cabinet Ministers, Ministers of State and Deputy Ministers of the State Governments.
(f) Speakers and Deputy Speakers of the State Legislative Assemblies, and Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the State Legislative Councils.
(g) Lt. Governors, Chief Commissioners, Chief Ministers, Ministers and Deputy Ministers of the Union Territory Governments.
(h) Speakers and Deputy Speakers of Union Territory Legislatures.
(i) Chief Justice and Judges of the Supreme Court.
(j) Chief Justice and Judges of the High Courts of Stales.
(k) Eminent personages-India and Foreign (local Government will decide as and when occasion arises).
3. (i) Members of the immediate family of a State Guest, Accompanying him will also be treated as State Guest. Facilities will be provided on payment basis for other members if required.(ii) Class IV employees & Private servants, not exceeding three in all accompanying a State Guest, will be provided suitable Board and lodging free of charge.
4. Personal staff and other members upto a maximum of three accompanying State Guest, but not treated as State Guests may subject to receipt of timely intimation be provided with lodging, boarding and transport on payment basis. 5. The period for which a State Guest will be accommodated in the Guest House should normally not exceed four days at a time. 6. State Guest will be provided with free transport by road for journeys performed within the territory, free board and lodge and also medical services on minor ailments or on any sudden indisposition due to any accident or otherwise.(i) Meals served will be vegetarian or non-vegetarian as preferred by the State Guest. It previous intimation be not given as to the type of meal preferred, then the State Guest be presumed to be a non-vegetarian and meals will be prepared accordingly. The State Guest should also indicate whether in a vegetarian menu eggs are to be excluded. For Children or invalids special died and milk will be served if requested to do so.
(ii) Timely information may be given for transport arrangements to be made for the State Guests to depart by railway or plane, as the case may be.
7. The following meal hours will be observed:-
