(B) Danger Zone allowance at the rate of twenty rupees to the driver and fifteen rupees to the conductor or cleaner will be admissible when the vehicle is utilised by the Defence Authorities.
(C) Other conditions of hiring shall be as under :-
(1) The hire charges for a vehicle are payable from the time and the place it is taken over till it is released.
(2) The rates shall include, -
(i) the services of driver and conductor or cleaner as the case may be;
(ii) detention and empty haulage as these are on daily basis; and
(iii) all kinds of taxes, etc.
(3) No vehicle shall be refused to be engaged or hired.
(4) Normally, Petrol, Oil and Lubricant, shall be supplied by the hiring authorities and the rates fixed above, shall be exclusive of Petrol, Oil and Lubricant. In case, Petrol, Oil and Lubricant is not provided by the hiring authorities, the following rates shall be admissible for this purpose, namely :-
